After 24 Hours: Any ban occurring more than 24 hours after completion proof has been delivered is beyond the warranty period and is no longer admin responsibility.

Non-Refundable Upon Change of Mind: Once payment is transferred, money is NON-REFUNDABLE if the customer changes their mind or cancels unilaterally.

Fair Queue and VIP Priority: Boosting is executed fairly in order of queue arrival. If a customer purchases VIP priority, other queues may experience brief delays, which admin will communicate via WhatsApp.

Zero Tolerance for Fake Payment Proof: Never submit fabricated or altered transfer receipts. Any fraudulent payment attempt will incur strict penalties, including liquidation of in-game assets or items on your account as compensation.

Account Conflict: Do not log into your account or allow third parties to interfere while boosting is in progress. If an interfering login disrupts the system, boosting will stop immediately with payment FORFEITED without refund.

Verification Code Response Window: When your turn arrives and admin requests a 2-Step Verification code or OTP, you have a response window of up to 15 minutes. If there is no response within 15 minutes, the queue will automatically skip to the next customer, and your order will resume after you reply and await the next available slot.

Limited-Time Event Queue Exception: The standard queue sequence may be bypassed if there is a limited-time in-game event that is nearing its deadline or ending soon, such as a CDID event ending tomorrow. Admin reserves the right to prioritize the completion of such orders so customers achieve their event milestones before the event officially concludes.

System Downtime and Maintenance: In the event of technical interruptions, internal system updates, or Roblox game server maintenance, admin will immediately notify you via WhatsApp.

Negative In-Game Balance: If in-game currency, points, or items become negative due to game engine bugs, admin is not responsible if more than 24 hours have elapsed since the completion proof was sent to your contact.

MANDATORY Email Verification: The account must be verified with an active email address such as Gmail for account recovery and safety.

Unverified Accounts: Admin takes no responsibility for unverified accounts without email if locked by Roblox security checkpoints and unable to be recovered so that the account is considered FORFEITED.

Extended Customer Absences: If you will be away without phone access for an extended period, such as attending boarding school, military training, or exam lockdowns, you MUST notify admin in advance and you MUST provide Roblox Backup Codes so admin can log in and complete your order without needing real-time verification codes when you do not have your phone.

Queue Verification for Inactive Customers: If a customer loses contact or goes offline and returns later, admin will verify the queue ticket or transaction code in the website database. If the queue number is STILL FOUND in the website system, the order is considered STILL VALID and will proceed. If the queue number is NO LONGER FOUND in the system because it has exceeded the inactivity threshold and was automatically canceled by the system, the order is FORFEITED and cannot be reclaimed.

Account Sold While Queued: If an account waiting in queue is sold by the owner, money is NON-REFUNDABLE, but you may request to transfer the queue to another replacement account with admin approval.

1 Account Limit and MANDATORY Password Update: Boosting applies strictly to 1 registered account. After admin delivers proof of completion, customers are strongly advised to update their password immediately for security.

Market Price Fluctuations: Boosting rates may adjust upward or downward following prevailing Roblox market conditions.

Communication Etiquette: Spamming messages or calling admin without prior permission is strictly prohibited and may result in an immediate block.

Work Authorization: Account boosting will officially commence once admin sends a direct confirmation message via WhatsApp.

Fair Execution: All orders are executed fairly without favoritism towards order size, except for customers subscribed to VIP priority.

VIP Queue Conditions: VIP priority is valid for 1 order session only. Subsequent orders will follow the regular queue unless VIP is repurchased.

Randomized In-Game Bonuses: Any bonus currency, points, or items acquired during boosting are generated randomly by the game system.

Non-Exchangeable: Boosting fees cannot be substituted for Game Passes, Robux, or other virtual assets.

Store Operational Hours: Official store closing times do not automatically suspend active automated boosting runs.

Account Balance Log Audits: Admin maintains precise logs of in-game cash and points. If suspicious reductions occur outside admin control, the session may be stopped without appeal.

Flexible Completion Estimates: Completion timeframes are estimates, particularly during imminent major updates or new patches on the respective game.

Mutual Respect: Please maintain respectful conduct. Abusive behavior, slander, or excessive misconduct towards admin will be met with firm measures.
